Case Study: Art In The Park
Organised by MKIAC, Art in the Park is an Arts Council funded festival. Diversity and culture are at the fore of this colourful event, running since 2007. Featuring stage productions, carnival processions and food from across the globe, Art in the Park is a family-friendly event run over a summer weekend in Milton Keynes.
Services offered by Bucks Creative included:
- Design for print
Bucks Creative were approached by MKIAC to help create a brochure / festival programme which reflected the family friendly nature of the event. They also wanted to elevate and express their passion for the multi-cultural theme, sharing everything with everyone that visits.
Why choose Bucks Creative?
As with all creative businesses, our clients come to us with the intention of adding creative flair to their projects. Sometimes though, they are not sure exactly what to expect, or in fact, what they want.
Why do I need things designing?
Handing over a document of solid text to someone can make the reading of their ‘important’ & relevant information a laborious task (as a result, they glaze over). A designer will help you de-clutter, focus and communicate your project effectively, and legibly.
Feeding the brain with good design
So, the job of the designer, in our eyes anyway, is to make ‘laborious’ text easy and enjoyable to read. Bite-size chunks of information, digestible by the mind, are in turn more likely to be absorbed. It’s about creating a readable, functional piece of ‘art’ or graphic design/communication.
Creative. Local & further afield
Some of our clients are based locally in Bletchley, Milton Keynes, Leighton Buzzard, Aylesbury & Northampton. Others are further afield in London and beyond. Wherever you are, we adapt our response to your creative needs. Drop us a line to see how we can help.
